Please print the attached application (Download Here). This application must be completed in it’s entirety prior to the bond being posted.

Driver License’s or Government Issues ID along with your most recent utility bill(s) are required. Pay Stubbs are required for all bonds that have remaining balance(s) and can also count as proof of address.

Co-signers must complete Page 1 of the application, skip Page 2 (defendants information), then proceed with the remaining pages. Each co-signer must have 2 references with addresses and phone numbers. All information sent to Rodgers Bail Bonding LLC will be verified as part of the bond qualification process. We reserve to the right to deny any bond if the information is false or can’t be verified.
